About this site

January 16, 2008

It’s weird. GSculpt is one of the coolest 3D applications I have ever seen, yet there is hardly any information available on it, other than the main site and a few reviews here and there. I personally think that a software like GSculpt is invaluable in academics and areas where 3D skills need to be taught, and it needs to reach more people.

I hope to slowly collate as much information about GSculpt as I can. This site is not endorsed by Geoffrey French (The creator of Gsculpt) and I don’t even think he knows about it. Yet.

Don’t be disappointed by the sparse content. I’m working on it. Check back soon. Thank you.

I’ve noticed that GSculpt can use .py scripts - I’m extremely Programming/Scripting ‘challenged’, I would like to find some free scripts to try in GSculpt, do you know of any? Also, can the capability to assign colors to faces be accomplished with scripting?
    Thank You,
